Hi, I'm Flora. I'm from Budapest but I am currently living in the United States and I spend my time as a research scholar at University of Notre Dame. However, I am really keen on my job, I miss so much my familiy, friends, boyfriend and my little dog whom I left at home in this September. Nevertheless, I would like to take advantage of the new opportunity as much as I can and now I live for one of my favorite hobby: traveling and meeting with new people from around the world.
I' d describe myself as an independent , unconventional and passionate girl who doesn't scare to try new adventures.

Interests

I have a wide range of interest which includes literature, art - especially contemporary art -, cinema, politics and history. My other passion is doing sports. I used to do athletics in highschool and I still belive that sport is one of the best way to relax and release stress. I am an outdoor girl too, I really like hiking or just being close to nature - maybe this fascination what was driven me the field of biology.
Finally, I can't deny that I am a female too, so sometimes I prefer to just get together with the girls and talking about haircuts, manicures, clothes and boys. What a cliche!:)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the crazyest thing that I have done so far was when my boyfriend and I were hitchiking from Budapest to Gibraltar in 2012. It was a fantastic experience and a great adventure too. A real WOW.

I spent a half year in Naples two years ago when I had the opportunity to get familiar a little bit with the Italian kitchen and making really good food. I'm a real pasta specialist!:)
