ABOUT ME

I'm a Kiwi, in Wellington NZ. I recently spent about 2 years travelling, mostly to Europe, with a quick trip to Asia on the way back. I loved it, it got in my blood and now I am studying to be a nurse, a career that will take me everywhere, hopefully. I dream about where I will go next. Hopefully South America and then Africa.
I'm a bit crazy, I love to talk, and to listen :)
I would like to save the worlds starving children. Travelling let me see that there is so many ways of living and being happy, its not what you have in your life, its who.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Now I'm settled in Wellington, I'd like to meet some couchsurfers. No freeloaders though please.
Oh and I probably will not become "verified" as I don't believe in credit cards.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to couch surfing. I didnt get much of a chance to give it a go while I was travelling, but I would love to pretend I am still travelling while settled back here in NZ (sometimes it can feel like I never left, everyday life at home is quite odd) and meeting travellers would be great for that I think. NZ is a small place, Wellington especially and any new interesting people are welcome in my life.

Interests

Travelling! Music, movies, dancing, food... all the things that make life great :) I love nature, hiking and swimming are good too. And I do like a good chat.

Music, Movies, and Books

All music is beautiful (except heavy metal). Indepdant films rock. "Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close" by Jonathan Saffran Foer is a fantastic book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I feel like I have accomplished so much, and still have so much to go. My 2 years travel was the coolest thing I've done. A million amazing things happened in that time!

Teach, Learn, Share

Hmmm, I love to cook, especially bake. I like learning new things, I am currently studying to be a nurse, and I would really like to learn and master Spanish. Although I can't play an instrument to save myself I really like when someone busts out a guitar and has a jam.
