ABOUT ME

We're a French/English couple living in Bordeaux. We love to travel as much as possible and live in different places. In our free time we mostly just go to cafés, go on bike rides, search for bargains in antique shops and try to be outside as much as possible! Every holiday we get we head off on holiday somewhere...next stop, Asia!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I lived in an apartment before with a flat mate who had a lot of couch surfers, this was my first experience of couch surfing and it was a really good way to meet people and show them your city so I thought now I'm in my own apartment that I'd give it a go!

Interests

I love travelling and meeting new people. I love learning new languages and most recently I took Dutch classes while living in Amsterdam. I like to swim and go running, go to the cinema and generally just spend time with my friends. Jonathan loves to play and watch football and do basically anything that's football related! He also sings in a band and loves listening to and writing music.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy books by Ian McEwan and Paul Torday. In terms of music I pretty much like everything but especially Hispanic music and jazz. I like films in lots of different languages....L'Auberge Espagnole being a favourite! Jonathan loves reading sociology books and also manga. We watch quite a few shows on TV...House, Misfits, Miranda, The Defenders.... Jonathan loves The Roots, Al Green, Fishbone, Sly and Family Stone, Sage poete de la rue, FFF...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing the tallest waterfall in Venezuela - Angel Falls, was one of the most amazing things we've ever seen...
