I recently visited a good friend of mine in Porto and on my arrival day the flight was one hour delayed. By the time we got to his place, he had lost his front door building key and nobody inside to let us in.. We ended up sleeping on a bench and then in the middle of the night we slank in a private parking and slept on the ground until early bird rise.
