ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Flor and I joined the website because I was convinced that the best way of knowing a place is to actually live it. So, with at bit of prejudice in the beginning, I started to host some travellers at home.
Participate in CS led me finally to live my city, and from there to meet it and to tell the other people all that my place meant, beyond the traditional views.

I'll also write in Spanish, in case you speak the language! ;)

Hola! Soy Flor y me acerqué a la página porque estaba convencida que la mejor manera de conocer un lugar, es vivirlo realmente. Así, con un poco de prejuicio al principio, empecé a recibir algunos viajeros en mi casa.
Participar me llevó, finalmente, a vivir mi ciudad, a conocerla y desde ahí poder contarle al otro todo lo que encerraba mi lugar, más allá de las visitas tradicionales.

I host travellers who are in Buenos Aires and I also acompany them around the town and show the city. I can give you any information and advice you need.

Hospedo a los viajeros que estén por Bs. As. y también acompañarlos por la ciuda! Te puedo dar toda la información y los consejos que necesites!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have received only travelers at home, and the experience was amazing. I have met people from different places, with different customs, routines and lives.
Now it's my turn to stay in other places.

Por ahora sólo he recibido viajeros en mi casa, y la experiencia fue increíble. He conocido gente de distintos lados, con costumbres, rutinas, vidas diferentes.
Ahora me toca a mí alojarme en otros lugares.

Interests

Education: I work and participate in different experiences (popular education, teaching at the university, etc.).
I do yoga, I like music, dancing and reading, cinema and drama. In fact I studied for 2 years!

Educación: trabajo y participo de distintas experiencias (educación popular, docencia en la universidad, etc).
Hago yoga, me gusta la música, bailar y leer, el cine y el teatro. De hecho he estudiado 2 años!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing up the Machu Picchu is an incredible experience because of the anxiety and expectation you have, besides the beautiful energy that the place has.

Living the Bicentenary in Buenos Aires was something beautiful: crowded, incredible shows, an experience not to relive.

La subida al Machu Pichu es increible por la ansiedad y la expectativa. Además de la hermosa energía que tiene ese lugar.
Vivir el Bicentenario en Buenos Aires fue algo hermoso: lleno de gente, espectáculos increíbles, una experiencia que no se vuelve a vivir.
