Hi!
I'm Flo from Hamburg/Germany looking for some nice places all over the world! It's probably a typical and most clichéd introduction but who doesn't know the feeling while listening to Eddie Vedders "Setting Forth", that grabs you on the neck and pulls you out of your "comfort zone". Too often I repressed that drive...

But now these days are over and I'm hungry for all the places, I've never been before.

Right now I'm studying archaeology (prehistory) and the history of arts in Hamburg and live in a studenthostel. That's also the sad reason why I always have to check, if it's ok for my roommates to offer our couch or not...

I'm a very down-to-earthed person, who doesn't need much to be happy! When we'll meet each other, it's not my intention to steal your free time or to stick on you like a limpet - I just want to explore your city , your culture (and probably your food ;-) ) On the other hand, I'll be the last who says "no", when it comes to any kind of things you want me to show or stuff like that!

You know, for me this "About Me"-profile introduction is kind of an odd thing, that seems to be very forced, I think....and to be honest, I don't know what I can say about me anymore. According to my studies, I'm interested in all that "old stuff" your city has to offer! But I'm also very interested in music (yes, I'm a drummer - so if you wanna jam?) Generally there are a lot of things, I'm interested in, so I can't really say it in detail!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

My favorite music-list would be incredibly long, so let's generalize it to the genres, which include all that grunge, blues-rock, punk, and so on -stuff. We can talk about it later! ;-)

One of the best books I read were "the swarm" from Frank Schätzing and certainly "into the wild" (what a surprise) ....

That whole movie thing isn't my speciality (I don't have a TV) but I guess I'm open minded... :-P

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

An amazing thing I've done last year was a road-trip through Denmark including a short visit in Gothenburg - good memories!
