Overview
About Me
I'm an engineer by profession dreaming the start-up/entrepreneurship dream, always up for an adventure, curious, down to earth, part-time vegetarian and non-practicing musician.
PHILOSOPHY
"Compassion for animals is intimately connected with goodness of character, and it may be confidently asserted that he who is cruel to animals cannot be a good man."
- Arthur Schopenhauer
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Started Couchsurfing on my 2012 trip across North America. I was hosted by about 20 hosts and it's been an amazing and memorable experience.
Me and my wife are hosting in our apartment in Stuttgart. We love to meet travellers from all over the world and give back to the community.

Music, Movies, and Books
Anything from auteur directors like Martin Scorsese, Michael Mann, P.T. Anderson, Christopher Nolan
Depending on the mood I like funk, disco, RnB, soul, new wave, hard rock, classic heavy metal, techno, deep house, etc... anything that's groovy
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Played in a band on the Munich Oktoberfest.
Toured Canada and the US in 2012 and was blown away by the hospitality of various CS hosts.
Teach, Learn, Share
I like photography and happily share my knowledge about composition and lighting techniques. Or let's just go for a shooting.
I'm looking for the perfect pizza recipe!
