I guess and hope, after all, that they would say I am open-minded, talkative, witty, helpful, and always have a sympathetic ear for my friends.

I spent very much time reading. I love reading good literature and try to get insight of both classic literature and contemporary, partly witty literature. My favourite authors are Albert Camus, George Orwell, Heinrich Böll, Nick Hornby, Remarque, Nagel, Kurt Tucholsky, Alexander Sholzinizyn, J.D. Salinger and Fjodor Dostojewski. But I spend more time reading articles. either on the internet or in newspapers/magazines, most of them about politics (I study political science), but various of them also about football or music.

Football is quite important to me - not in the way of drinking beer and insulting the others or something like that. I just love this game, the emotions connected to it, the atmosphere - and after all how this sport connects people all over the globe.

I defenitively could not live without music. There is almost everytime some song playing in the background or via headphones. I love going to concerts (but the smaller ones, not the festivals) and looking for new artist. My favourite genre is independent rock, blues rock, alternative rock, jazz and all sorts of soundtracks.

I like cooking quite much and love cooking together with friends, sitting around comfortably, eating, drinking and talking, with some nice music in the background.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Phew, difficult question.

Taking a bath in the sea in Byblos, Lebanon while being able to see the snow on the peak of Mt. Lebanon was once breathtaking moment.

Also, becoming aware in what kind of city I will be staying for one whole year when I stood near my flat in Üsküdar, Istanbul and looking over to Bosporus towards the historic peninsula Eminönü with the Aya Sofia, the Blue Mosque, the Topkapi Palace and the other buildings was an amazing moment.
