Airbnb transformed into commercial transactions what could (should?) have remained open, friendly exchanges only. I like the idea that there exists a community of people who can share experiences and help each other out without adding money to the equation.

My list of possibles hobbies is long. Almost every entry of the dictionary may qualify. That's a lot of pages!

But I'm particularly interested in science, psychology, politics...

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

This morning, I managed to come out of bed less than 10 minutes after the alarm clock started ringing. Amazing!

Fun facts:
- My best New Year's Eve was in a monastery in China going to bed at 9:30pm after a day of walking in (and under) the snow
- I survived a kalashnikov attack in Tajikistan
- I took care of a puma with one arm in a sling
- I published a book on body language and the psychology of emotions :)

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I could possibly try and teach you how to read, but then I guess you already know that, right?

Ok, I did work as a trainer in negotiation and conflict management. So I'm interested in interpersonal relationships and will gladly discuss the topic with you.

Also, I can read words backwards in my mind. Seriously. Like, for example, "radar." Once reversed, it becomes: "radar." Right, maybe not the best example. Another one: "desserts" (something I like). Reversed: "stressed" (something I am not very often). Ok, still not very impressive, I know, but that's because it's in writing - you should see me perform live. It never fails to impress my friends. For, like, 30 seconds.
