Overview
About Me
My name is Floriane and I begin my discoveries of the world and travels. I am a distance post-secondary student: the best in the world, travelling and studying at the same time.
I LOVE dancing (love, love and love) all kinds of couple dances (or others). My favourite kind of dance nights are Balfolks or ceilidh (traditional dances), I like Swing and Rockabilly to. I run after the dance night all around the world!
I have given myself the challenge of doing yoga/meditation every day for 1 year. So don’t be surprised if you see me, we will practice together!
I studied in Adventure Tourism and Art. I am an artist at heart, always ready to help. In addition, I love to move and invest in developing new projects. I have experience with children and the hotel environment.
In 2021, I started with my sister a crochet company. We make many kinds of crochet products, especially crochet tops, earrings and dresses.
In 2021 too, I begun to develop a ecocommunity project, we are still at the beginning but everyday we are closer of our dreams. At the pleasure to discuss that with you.

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to pretty much all styles of music. I don't really have a specific genre. Often times I like a song or album and will listen to it until I get bored.
I read a lot, both long novels, documentary books, comics, ...
The best series I have ever read is "Anastasia" from Vladimir Megre. The books changed my life, really!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- I did two nights of winter camping in a snowstorm at less than -25 degrees
- I left with my best friend and an old van on a roadtrip to show her my country
- And I survived the confinement!
- I lived for 2 years disconnected from the civilisation in the woods.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you the basics of the wonderful French language, as a bonus with the Quebec accent!
What I Can Share with Hosts
If I can introduce them to another way of cooking food, I would be very happy. I love to share my love for cooking.
Also, I have lots of training in the outdoors, so if you are interested in this environment, I probably have a few things to show you :)
