ABOUT ME

I'm easy going and do things on my own schedule. As a Latin American girl, I'm almost invariably late to everything and love getting lost. My travels are rarely planned and I let them take shape as I go. Right now I'm on a big European adventure, building a home with my Swedish love and living my science nerd dream working at Stockholm University. I guess I must have taken a few right turns somewhere along the way... :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couchsurfed on several occasions, in New York, Austria, and Sweden, but usually I'm a fan of hosting.
I lived in a mountain town in the US for 10 years, so I've had all manner of snow chasers crash on my couch, but it was generally friends, or friends of friends, and it never failed to be a riot!
Now I get to give it a go with adventure chasers in Sweden.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Of course when the question is posed, I go completely blank. I have ridden elephants in Thailand, watched the sun rise over the clouds at the top of a pyramid in Tikal, dived the Blue Hole more times than I have could be bothered noting in my dive log, and licked the wall in a salt mine in Poland.

I'm a bike mechanic and a scientist. I love to cook, and I even do dishes sometimes ;) I'm sort of a jack of all trades. If you want me to help out with something, just ask, if I don't know where to begin, I'll do some research and figure it out.
