I love foreign cultures and like to dig deep into other country's societies. I like understand their style of living and compare it to other regions.

Even though I grew up in a small village in Germany I was lucky to have opened minded family that supported me to explore the world. I lived with a host father for one year in Mississippi in the USA while going to High School. It was great to make close friends while participating in the Cross Country, Soccer and Track & Field team.

After I started to study Modern Chinese Studies in Cologne I went to China several times spending altogether roughly three years there in a dorm, with a host mother and in a Kungfu-School in Wudangshan.

I would consider myself as easy going and easy to keep a conversation with. Friends have mentioned before that I am a good listener and quite social.

Until February 2017 I worked for a consultancy firm that supports German clients regarding their IP in China. In my freetime I give different classes at the gym for a healthier back or general cardio classes. Recently, I like to give Functional Training classes.

I really like the idea of giving and taking - I believe the universe or heaven will equal it out. Like, give and you shall receive:) Sounds a bit crazy, but experiences in my (short) lifetime have already proven this rule.

Also I don't like traveling just ticking off the famous sights from a list. I rather like to talk to the local people and hear with what kind of daily problems they have to deal with. It gives me a broader picture of the world and holds me back from focussing to my own little issues.

I think meeting people in their natural environment is very interesting. You see there more than just one way of living!

All kinds of sports in general such as Functional Training, hiking, cycling, snowboarding, kungfu, soccer.

Furthermore, surprise surprise I tend to like traveling;)

I like watching movies but I am not an expert in this field!

Honestly, I like educational books and movies or documentaries. To some this may sound boring but we have now access to so many interesting information sources so I like to explore them and learn new things whenever I have time.
