ABOUT ME

I am a student in Asheville, NC and also work in an Asian restaurant downtown. I am easy-going, typically happy and cheerful, eager to experience new things and meet kind-hearted people.

Summer of 2009: I am going to be traveling in Europe, primarily Germany, as I intend to learn German this summer.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live my life as honestly as possible. I practice sincerity and happiness as well as I can. I am eager to enhance my personal being and leave myself open to do so rather than close the door to change.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed once in Montreal, and it was a great experience! Looking forward to adding more surfing experience and eventually hosting some as well.

Interests

I enjoy spending time doing various activities: walking around both strange and familiar towns whilst listening to music; drinking coffee/tea in quaint coffee shops; barbecuing; camping trips; day hiking and river wading; drinking beer and/or wine then having impromptu dance parties; cooking with friends; listening to live music; watching movies; laying on rocks like a lizard; riding trains; writing in cursive; eating pies; meeting people who make me think twice about things; meeting people who make me think once about things.

Other interests include: tiny wildflowers, discoveries, small woodland creatures, maps, houses with lots of items to look at, filled window sills, laughter.
