ABOUT ME

My name is Alfonso but I go by Fonzie or Fonz. I'm 25 years old. I'm A very respectful, nice, and fun person always looking to meet new people. I've been described as having an artistic personality. I LOVE music, art, photography, and films. I love good beer, good wine, and good company.

PHILOSOPHY

You may never be completely happy with yourself, you'll probably never win the lottery, there's always gonna be problems, you're not perfect and you never will be. When you finally accept who you are and truly appreciate everything you have, only then will you receive the gift of peace. And as long as you have that nothing else matters.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I'm still living with my parents so I can't offer a room or couch but I would be more than happy to show you around the Los Angeles area. I like playing tourist with tourists because I ALWAYS discover something new about my home. I'm also randomly going to San Diego, San Francisco, and many other areas in California as well as Las Vegas. So if you're looking to go there I'll more than likely be up to join you. Just let me know ahead of time so I can make my work schedule to get those days off. And if you have any questions about LA,SD,SF,LV or anything else I would be more than happy to help so please don't be shy or hesitate to ask.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I think I'm very lucky to live in a city where the CS community is very close and active. Everyone I've met have been the most wonderful people you could possible meet and there's plenty that I now consider good friends and hang out with often outside of CS events. I've never surfed before but hopefully that will change soon.

Interests

Traveling (obviously), Music, Film, Photography, Art. Good long conversation over coffee, wine, or beer. Hiking and exploring new places. I've always had an interest in camping but I haven't done that. Yet..

I love music. Blues, Jazz, Metal, Classical, alternative, punk, progressive rock, hip hop. I love music in all of its shapes and forms. To name a select few: Billie Holiday, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Between The Buried and Me, Fiona Apple, John Coltrane, Flying Lotus, Mos Def, Poison The Well, Portishead, Rage Against the Machine, Radiohead, The Roots, Django Reinhardt Grizzly Bear.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My first solo trip to Europe is the greatest, craziest, and scariest thing I've ever done. I've done it 3 times now and every time has been amazing.
