I’m here because I’m a curious person, but I’m bored of the typical tourist/expat bubble in Madrid. I want to break the corporate routine by connecting with people who have high-energy interests or niche obsessions. Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I have a deep obsession with 80s and 90s electronic sounds. My daily rotation includes German EBM, Darkwave, and Italo-disco. I also appreciate Eurodance, Balkan/Turkish pop, and heavier acts like Rammstein or Danzig.

Movies: I am moved by the cinematography of Nuri Bilge Ceylan, the depth of Krzysztof Kieślowski, and the atmosphere of Dario Argento. I prefer films that stay with you long after they end.

Books: I am currently writing my own book. My personal library is filled with biographies, history, and the works of Houellebecq, Bukowski, Hermann Hesse, and Stefan Zweig.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I successfully self-taught Russian and am currently tackling Turkish to deepen my connection with the culture. I also read 35 books in a single year, which helped fuel my current journey of writing my own book. Beyond that, navigating life while moving abroad multiple times—most recently to Madrid—has been my biggest adventure.

I can teach you the basics of video editing or how to start and manage YouTube channels. I am currently very focused on learning Turkish and improving my Brazilian. I am always happy to share deep dives into niche history, Wikipedia rabbit holes, or the world of wrestling

I can offer honest, existential conversations over a good meal or a drink. I can share my perspective on life as an Italian who has lived in several different European countries. I am respectful of space and routine, but I’m always up for a debate about cinema, music, or literature
