ABOUT ME

I'm a quirk. Let's face it - it's a degenerative disease. I am warm, laugh loud, am willing to reciprocate kindness gladly. I can be a lot of personality (some people find me a little too exuberant for their tastes, and that's ok). Everything is a study to me nowadays, a way to glean knowledge and a way to keep myself entertained.

PHILOSOPHY

Lately, there's been two themes:
a) stay away from most -ists and -isms. I find most of them unneccessary.
b) never stop learning. ever.

have couchsurfed a couple times, and hosted as well...and in fact, couchsurfing is how i was able to move to vancouver. go couchsurfing!

兴趣

Music music music. Listening to it, playing it, creating it. That's 95% of my life. The other 5% consists of coffeeshop revelations, and meeting/getting to know other left-of-center lovers of life.

Still not a big movie person, however, foreign erotica has been intriguing for the time being.
Current listening choices are: Debussy, Ravel, Amelie soundtrack, Trois Gymnopédies by Erik Satie, and a smattering of operas.
Been reading more books than you could shake a stick at...finished Maldoror (it's pretty twisted, check it out), and began the Brothers Karamazov.
