ABOUT ME

From September I will be travelling in South America and I am excited about meeting people and learning from their different experiences and views on life.

I am looking forward to learning more about the history and politics of South American countries and their current social movements.

PHILOSOPHY

I think people should live in the moment and be able to enjoy everyday. I also think people should work to change the world. There is some conflict in these views.

While travelling South America I plan to stay with people. In the future when I have my own place I plan to host as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music for me is a social experience and I love dance music or any other music that brings people together. My favourite artists are Four Tet, Autechre, DJ Shadow, Joanna Newsom.

Books and films are more personal and I like books and films that are about the future, particularly a dark future: Mad Max, The Road, Blade Runner etc.

Also Im reading lots of politics and Marx at the moment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was at a festival this summer called Boomtown Fair in England and one of the stages was a giant metal spider. Dancing under this spider surrounded by 5,000 happy people was very lovely indeed.
