My name is Fraeya, I am a 26 year old musician from Brisbane, Australia who is about to fly to the UK + Europe in late march to support one of my musical idols Stella Donnelly on her UK/Europe tour. This trip is a dream for me and I am travelling with my boyfriend Michael who is also a musician and chef, who just graduated with a Jazz degree and is currently studying a Masters of Music Therapy. We are both quiet musicians, students and friendly people who are new to couchsurfing! My birthday is on the 28th of March so this is also a birthday trip for me, and instead staying in an isolated air b and b my ultimate gift for my 27th would be true travelling - not just seeing different parts of the world but living in place, connecting with the history of the land and towns and spending genuine time with the people who live there. My boyfriend and I love music, cooking, food history, art and architecture. Michael has a degree in jazz music and I have a diplomat in Contemporary Music from WAAPA. Michael has never been to the UK/Europe before and we are so keen to explore regional places and meet locals.
