I consider myself a calm person, who tries to be always in a good mood. I'm lucky because the career I chose to study (Software Engineering) is at the same time what interests me the most.
I profoundly believe that we all should have the opportunity to learn, that education isn't a business and that any person is capable of teaching another. I was volunteering in Argentina in an NGO (Uniendo Caminos) to educate low-income students to finish their high school.
I love soccer, and love River Plate, the team I support on Argentina.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet new people (and convince you to come to visit Argentina), I'm opened minded and willing to hear and share new stories!
I think that there is no better way to know a country than being with a local, is what I try to do with the people who come and visit me in Argentina.
- drinking games
- computer science
- playing chess
- software engineering
- software development
- football soccer
Music, Movies, and Books
I hear all type of music, from reggaeton and electronica to party, up to more relax music. Also, a lot of Argentinian rock that is amazing!
From books, I started reading books when I was young, the popular ones: Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Narnia, and other Argentinian fantasy books.
I now switched to software books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went to Japan to watch my soccer team (I don't know if it is an amazing thing). 18,059 km - with connection flights in Brazil and Qatar. The astonishing part is that we were 15,000 from Argentina!
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach, Learn, Share is actually what I want for the world. Education for all.
What I Can Share with Hosts
We from Latin-America are way different than europeans. Don't get me wrong - it isn't a bad, it is just different. I think that it is in these different ways of thinking that one learns the most.
Unfortunately, I don't know to cook, just the basic things, but I would love to learn more! Though I'm a good dish washer(?)
I have a lot of stories and experiences to share, not only from Argentina, but also from Mexico because I lived there for 3 years.
