Hi I am Fran, I'm 20 years old and a university student. During the summer break I love to travel and explore different cultures,. Normally id go on my own but for this trip I am bringing my flatmate, Hannah who's also 20 and a university student. We are both very social and active people with lots of hobbies. We would love to make friends with people across the world during our travels and explore their culture while sharing ours. I am Italian and fluent, and Hannah is British but semi fluent in Spanish, as her degree is in Spanish.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are looking for place to stay to learn more about the culture and submerge ourselves in the locals experience, something we couldn't get with hotels or hostels. We are very clean and tidy and will understand and respect boundaries. We are very friendly, always up for an adventure and looking to make friends. We are both 20 and are university students from the UK in Wales, we live in a seaside town and would be open to host later on in the year. We are both animal lovers and have no allergies. We are both great cooks so are more than happy to cook for you and show you some Italian or Uk cuisine. We are also happy to help with cleaning

Music, Movies, and Books

We like indie, alt, rock, reggae and folk. We enjoy a wide mix of music depending on our moods. I am mainly a fan of Disney movies, Hannah likes war films and documentary's. Books wise, id like to get back into reading so open to recommendations while Hannah enjoys both fiction and non fiction books and reads often.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Personally, i think my biggest achievement was solo travelling to morroco and staying safe while making lots of friends, for Hannah, it would be when she travelled to Zanzibar in Africa and taught English for two weeks in a primary school. I also have experience in teaching English while travelling. Together we often go on hikes or weekends away to do activities such as kayaking during our studies.

we both have expirence with teaching, so if anyone would require help with fluency in english, italian or some spanish we would be more yhan happy to help. We are also keen on showing and sharing our cultures though games and food.

We are both great cooks and know how to have a great time so we would spend time with you sharing recipes, and exploring our surroundings,. We would also be open for hosting you back in our home town, which is a coastal seaside town in West Wales
