ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Alaska, lived in Massachusetts for 6 years, studied abroad in the Caribbean. I completed my masters two years ago - and traveled as much as possible during break. I moved back to Alaska to enjoy the outdoors and be with my family. Spent the past winter traveling and am seasonally working in Haines for guiding company

Anything nature/outdoors oriented or trying something new - I am in!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I CSed in Turkey for the first time and loved the experience. Haines was expensive and has limited places to stay so I loved being able to offer a free place to stay that was centrally located.

Interests

I enjoy spending days in places getting lost, a good, dark beer, learning anything new, XC skiing, dancing to loud music, gardening, admiring art, cooking, sea glass collecting, spending a day contemplating social justice topics, swimming in all temperature of waters, 420, any type of cheese, fresh fruit, and road trips
