Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I think Couchsurfing is a very cool possibility to really get to know a place.
Sure you can wander through a city and look for all the attractions and nice buildings, but you never get the chance to see how the locals are living in this place, why and what they love about it.

On the other hand travelling and especially hitchhiking and couchsurfing showed me that getting to know people from all over the world makes us broaden our horizons, makes the world move closer together, fights prejudices and blasts borders at least in our heads.

From authors like Jonathan Safran Foer, Ken Folett and Robin Cook.
And I am a Harry Potter-kid, ha - amazing Books! :)
