Frances Bloom Band brings you a unique musical experience that steps through the door of traditional folk music onto the dusty porch of America to write it's own verse.

Based out of San Diego, the folk-american duo features two part harmonies and songwriting thick with legend, love and wanderlust. Their shows are engaging and collaborative and set the stage for listeners to be part of the experience and join in the spirit of gathering for the love of music.

Their debut album 'The Times We Had' hits with authentic spirit and dreamy desire. Frances Bloom Band fills in their unique sound with the lively fiddle of Jenni Charles and impeccable bass of Dave Lockhart, both friends and members of the hard-hitting americana roots-rock band, the Dead Winter Carpenters.

Singer songwriter Ryan Bloom first met Melly Frances of "Melly Frances and The Distilled Spirit" in October 2013, and the duo has found a common vision tugging at their spirits ever since.

We're on a grass roots tour across the states this June - September to spread our music via live performances and the sharing of our new album "All the Times We Had." For several months, Melly Frances and myself, Ryan Bloom, have been working on our new album, wrapping up our lives and careers, saying goodbye to everyday comforts and the ones we love, and we are currently on our first national tour. We both felt a calling to leave the restrictions stresses of our regular careers and daily grind, a common inspiration to find a more rewarding existence by sharing our hearts and souls through the songs we write and the music we create. We embark on this transformative journey to become more connected through the love of music. We are traveling in a fully self-contained Sportsmobile camper van, so we require no accommodations, although we appreciate and enjoy the comfort of warm homes.
