About Me

CURRENT MISSION

travel through time :)

ABOUT ME

Soo, what are the top 5 infos about myself? I am very much trusted by family and friends, somehow clumsy and approximative by nature but when you need me, I'm there! I love to read, to watch movies, to chat, to learn, to travel...very curious about people and different lifestyles...I lived in Italy some years but was in France for 7 and now I'm in London studying German! Let's say I have a European background! Last thing...love modest people and those truly "independent" minds (who do not have the need to show off their originality in front of others :P )

PHILOSOPHY

"go for it, even if it freaks you out!!" (not always put it in practice but that's my number one aim!)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've just joined Couchsurfing, still have to understand how it works :P

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

nothing for now but can't wait to start!

Interests

I've done many different things over the years, always feeling I had a need to see what was "out there" :) did some drama now and then, volunteered with children, hiked and camped back in Italy, in Milan's mountains, was part of political debates in my uni...guess reading books (novels and classics) is the only interests i've kept all along!

Music, Movies, and Books

one book: The never Ending Story (M. Ende).
The real quest for happiness is the understanding of our desires?
one comic: Persepolis, (M. Satrapi.) story about the worth of freedom
one singer: Tracy Chapman. Her voice sings beautifully all hopes and fears!
one movie: "What's eating Gilbert Grape".Very very touching :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

together with a friend, convince 20 people that a 10 day travel in Palestine was worth 6 months of fundraising...we did all we could think about (sangria parties, children birthday parties, bake sales, helping people to move, etc etc)....and went for it!!!! :D

Teach, Learn, Share

Well...I still have to get particularly good at something before teaching it! May be one thing I've learned well is to adapt into many different situations. All I know is that it really halps in life!
