About Me

UPDATE: I AM NOT IN MALAYSIA AT THE MOMENT.

•Hello! My name is Francesca, and although I need to be walking or running around whenever possible, I also appreciate silence and alone time.

•I apply FREEDOM to nearly everything I do. Well, a CS member I met in Lima once asked me to define freedom. My answer is simple: whatever I can get. Enjoy your freedom because tomorrow someone might take it away from you. 🫢

•Usually very outgoing and outspoken. These days I enjoy talking about Jesus. I know that scares many people, so don't hesitate to avoid me if you dislike Jesus. 🤗

•I like to save money but that doesn't mean I'm stingy. Spending less means I can spend more on others. Sharing is caring. I've given a lot to others but I won't talk about it. Don't let your right hand know what your left hand gives. 😉

•Although I always try to live outside my comfort zone, I appreciate comfort and good (fancy) food.

•Enjoy writing, travelling, meeting new people, dancing and partying.

•I believe in freedom and never-ending adventures.

•Many people have told me that I'm very funny. And I always have many stories to tell. I want to hear yours, too. We can even talk about history and politics as long as we promise not to fight later. 😆

•These days I don't offer a couch to anyone as I'm always on the go. But I'm okay with meetups.

Note: I'm also on IG if you need to contact me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I thought it would be nice to host travellers (like me) and to be hosted by locals in other countries. To those who have hosted me, thank you for your hospitality. You're always welcome to my home!

I've shared many good memories with my guests. I still keep in touch (and meet) with some of them. Thank you Nirvan and Delphine for hosting me in Bali during your Southeast Asian trip.

I rarely stay with the locals in other countries. But I am always happy to host people wherever I am. If I can't share my generosity with others, with whom will I share it?

Anything that sounds or looks good to me. I read mostly non-fiction books. I also love reading the Bible.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I explored the Northern Laotian jungle and limestones in 2016. It was fun.

Teach, Learn, Share

We can teach each other's languages, sing together, hangout, or share stories about our travels. And get some beers, perhaps.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'll offer you my generosity. I usually don't mind letting people stay for an extended period. We can share laughter and kindness.
