About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Finding a balance in myself and with the world around me!
ABOUT ME
I'm Francesca or Frankie or Frank and there's really not much I don't love. I love travelling nd cooking and eating (a lot) and yoga and lovely people. I love going for long purposeless walks and talking about anything from geo-politics to music to cartoons to philosophy. I love yoga, mountains, beaches, vinyl, dark roast coffee, and any good book.
I'm always ready to try anything!
PHILOSOPHY
I do only that which makes me happiest. Follow the positive feelings.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm to host cool people and hear about where they've been and where they're planning to go. I also love to be hosted by cool people who are kooky and and strange and love life just as much as I do!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I recently just had my first Cuchsurfing experience in Buffalo, New York. I met some amazing people who had done amazing things and I couldn't have dreamed of a better way to spend a weekend than with three wonderful Couchsurfers and two wonderful hosts!
I can't wait to add more great experiences to the list!

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Anything by Wes Anderson, Stanley Kubrick, George Lucas, and Stephen Spielberg. I also really enjoy The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Amelie, and History Channel documentaries.
Music: Really everything, but at the moment I'm listening to Elvis Presley, Emancipator, Beirut, Pearl Jam, Pink Floyd, Sufjan Stevens, Radiohead, Alt-J, James Blake, Billie Holiday, Father John Misty, anything in between and I'm always loking for new music to fall in love with!
Books of the moment: Lolita - Nobokov, Rudyard Kipling's Tales of Horror and Fantasy - Rudyard Kipling, Northanger Abbey - Jane Austen, From Hell - Alan Moore (there are many many many more, these are just the ones I have read most recently, and as with music and movies, I'm always looking for a new good read!)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been so lucky in my life to have done and seen so many things. I've seen sure-footed goat-herders scaling the Atlas Mountains and elderly violinists playing only for applause in crowded subway stations. I've seen Niagara Falls on a crisp day, and I've seen ancient German castles in the rain. Experiences make a life and I was the keep mine fresh and exciting. There is so much left to see!
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm not looking to teach or learn anything specific, but I AM looking to teach and learn. I believe in being open with people. Once you are, sharing will happen naturally.
