I've grew up in Sicily, than I moved to Naples where I've studied. After few years between India and Rome, I've worked in Naples as social worker. Nowadays I am based in Lisbon.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I travel a lot for different reasons and I don't like touristic routes. Knowing a place through people living there is the best way to get something real back home.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to dance tango but I am quite open to any kind of dance in general.
I could spend hours in listen at Nina Simone sad songs or energetic ska, hip-hop, punk tunes.
I love reggae and its hopeful message.
I would travel across Blue Nile from Egypt to Ethiopia passing through Karthoum.
My favorite directors are Pasolini and Tarkowsky.
Nowadays I'am working on ivory sculptures from early modern India.
I like art especially in the period ranging from prehistoric graffiti to Mickey Mouse ;)
