About Me
Hello everybody,
I'm Francesco, an italian student in Toulouse, south-west France and I live in a very nice appartment with Philippe, a friend of mine that works in restaurants as me. I travelled pretty much in last years and I came back to Toulouse few months ago. Me and my flatmate are very sociable and we both like to practice foreign languages so Couchsurfing may be an excellent opportunity for this purpose.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've been using Couchrfing since 2012. I surfed many times in Europe and hosted a couple of times in Rome. I actually stop using this website approximately 3 years ago, so this is the reason why I don't have any reference on my profile. I would like to be immersed again in the Couchsurfing community as I came back from many travels around the world on last 3 years and I miss the multicultural side of my travel experiences. I hope to be a good host and to exchange as much as possible with the guests I'll have.
Interests
I like to share my interests with other people and most of all to discover some more about other people interests and activites. As I like psychology I'm naturally interested in other cultures and what are the main interests in other countries.
- red wine
- traveling
- cinema
- football
- independent cinema
- motorbikes
- science-fiction literature
Music, Movies, and Books
One flew over the cuckoo's nest, Animal farm, Ubik, 100 years of solitude, Brave new world, A scanner darkly and many others.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Getting on the highest suspended swing in the world, in Banos de Aguasanta in Ecuador.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm learning Portuguese actually and I would love to practice with Portuguese native speakers. At the same time I could learn and teach some of the other languages I speak. And my flatmate is an expert cook, so he can definetely teach some useful skills.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I actually have a guest bedroom at my place, so you can have a quiet place to stay while you explore Toulouse and southern France. I will also try to show my guests some very local stuff about the city where I live but sometimes it may be difficult because me and my flatmate work quite a lot.
Countries I’ve Lived In
Ecuador, France, Italy, United States
