Interested in other cultures and looking for new challenges and great experiences, I decided to travel around New Zealand after I had finished high school in Germany in May 2011.

I have seen and done many really amazing things during my time traveling in New Zealand, but the best of all was the great 5-days-kajak-trip with two friends on the Whanganui river!
I really enjoined the experience to be alone on a river in the middle of nowhere and to have just the "jungel" around me.
