关于我
Hi! I'm Francisco, a chilean/italian economist and pizzaiolo apprentice born in Santiago, Chile, some years ago. After living my whole life in Chile, I moved in 2016 (for 6 months )to Madrid, Spain, because of my job. Then I realized that I wanted to come back to Europe. But this time, for longer.
I'm currently based on Rimini, Italy, studying a sustainability (Resource Economics & Sustainable Development) master degree at University of Bologna, and learning everyday about the wonderful italian gastronomy (I can say my favorite pasta until now is: raddichio-panna-speck and All'Amatriciana).
I really enjoy bread making (in general). So I took a one-month course in Chile, before heading to Italy. Also, I did one short pizza-making course. I usually make pizza everywhere I go, so my hosts can enjoy as much as me.
I'm also a yoga enthusiast and I love to ride my bike and my Bureo skateboard (made from recycled fishing nets, in Chile).
我为什么加入 Couchsurfing
I joined Coachsurfing because, after finishing my academic year (June 2018), I'm looking forward to travel around Europe, while meeting new people, learning and (I hope) teaching.

Hard question!
I guess I can say what I'm listening to these days: Chet Baker, Devendra Banhart, Frank Ocean, Mac Demarco, Tame Impala, The Strokes, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, A Tribe Called Quest, Tyler The Creator, Nicolas Jaar, Lindström, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Nicola Cruz, Joao Gilberto and Kendrick Lamar. From Chile: Rubio, Alex Anwandter, Oddó, Gepe, Violeta Parra and Pedro Piedra. From Italy: Lucio Dalla, Edoardo Bennato, Fabrizio di André.
The last books I read (or I'm reading): "Autobiography of a Yogi" (Paramahansa Yogananda), "Dormir, soñar o Morir" (Dalai Lama/Francisco Varela), "The little prince" (because it was in Italian :)), "Detectives Salvajes" (Roberto Bolaño).
我做过的一件不可思议的事情
Uh, I guess the most amazing things happen everyday, but the last thing I could pick is baking tons of pizza in a street festival in Switzerland, with some amazing people!
