Overview
About Me
I'm 27 and studied Law, even though I don't plan to practice anytime soon.
I started to travel a couple of years ago—and then never went back. I pretend to know as many places as possible, but in a relatively profound way. I'm not interested in Facebook-tourism (traveling to some fashion city just to stay a couple of nights and have a few drinks and selfies). Instead, I want to know about local cultures (literature, music, movies...), their social, economic and political issues and their own idiosyncrasies.
My interests are reading, writing, taking photographs and listening to some music (I like mostly rock, blues, jazz and some classical). I enjoy watching films too—not blockbusters—though I'm not an expert whatsoever.
Oh! And I'm a little bit of a geek too—the sort of guy who is subscribed to Wired magazine.
I encourage you to see my photographic work:

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I'd love to know about other cultures and other people's stories. Besides it's always good to save money on hosting, so I can spend on books, fun, more experience and knowledge!

Music, Movies, and Books
MUSIC:
My favourite bands are Pink Floyd and Radiohead. I love classic rock in general, jazz, blues, classical music and some electronic too.
MOVIES:
La Grande Bellezza, American Beauty, 2001: A Space Odyssey, The Matrix, The Godfather, The End of Evangelion and probably many others. I just can't remember them right now!
TV
My favourite shows are Breaking Bad, House, Community, The Big-Bang Theory. Those are the ones that I love and can remember right now.
BOOKS:
Though I haven't read as much literature as I'd like, my mentors are Cortázar and Borges.
