Portuguese guy living in Quito for 3 years. Back to Lisbon for a couple of months.
I love to go on a long trip, meet new cultures, and fellow travellers from all over the world. An interesting conversation and a bottle of wine are synonyms of an evening well spent.
The most beautiful thing in the world? Diversity! I can't stop to be amazed with the variety of cultures, colours and tastes there are. It's beautiful!
I don't get along with narrow-minded people and prejudice. Neither with those whose goal in life is to be rich and to have this and that. "Needs" are common to us all, what changes is the way we satisfy them. And I love the simple ones.

Ella estaba en el horizonte.
Me acerco dos pasos,
ella se aleja dos pasos.
Camino dos pasos y
el horizonte se corre
diez pasos más allá¡.
Por mucho que yo camine,
nunca la alcanzaré.
¿Para que sirve la utopia?
Para eso sirve: para caminar.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
By trying to host people from all around the world, learn from their experience and share mine. Unfortunately, I can't host while in Lisbon. But I'm up for a free tour. I do love and know this city very well.
I've been surfing around South America and it has been great!
Travelling, sports, people, sustainability, politics, activism, theory of liberation, anticapitalism, epistemology of economy... Fortunately there are so many interesting things in this world that I could go on with this list forever!
Music, Movies, and Books
A bit of everything! Italian cinema is my favourite. Authors? Portuguese, definitely. As for rythms...cumbiaaa!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Trekking for 5 days in Apolobamba (Bolivia), amongst thousands of alpacas and crossing stunning valleys. Oh, and almost without seeing a human being!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach Portuguese and maybe some Italian. I might be able to explain some weird physics and biology concepts. Oh, and economic theory as well 8-)
