I live in Johannesburg North with my wife Anneke. I grew up in South Africa but travel frequently. I am currently completing my PhD and visit London annually to complete this.

I can teach you how to braai - South African barbecue. I encourage people to do their own exploring. I am of European descent, but form part of the cultural group known as the Afrikaner - something I am very proud of and am happy to teach you about. I would hope to learn about your culture, the way you live in your country.

As mentioned, I encourage people to explore for themselves, however, if the opportunity presents itself I am more than keen to take someone hunting or on a mountain bike on a trail or two in the city.
