About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Try to speak english!

ABOUT ME

Quiet and nervous...

PHILOSOPHY

It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can cook (even though I'm not a cooker!) and I can bring beers.
I hope to propose my couch... But no my apartment is small, my girl friend is not very happy to do that and now with a baby...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Some couchsurfings in Alaska with my brother Bruno Vandevelde (Look his profile to see some comments about us between June and August 2012)

Interests

I like read novels in fantasy and science-fiction and I love comics (I have more than 800 comics). I like society games and playing cards. To do some fun sports when I find the time. And of course I like travel and meet some nice people.

Music, Movies, and Books

All what I can read in the area of the imagination (science fiction & fantasy)... I like read novels and comics (french comics, some USA comics and one or two mangas)

Few authors reference : GRR Martin, Glen Cook, Rene Barjavel, Asimov, Tolkien, Robert Jordan, Michel Robert...

I like watch some movies, but I'm not an expert.

I listen music (Rock and some other speed stuffs) only when I dislike the silence.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My brother and I did a 6 days canoe trip along the Tanana River during 175 miles (North West of Fairbanks in Alaska) and I have never been as deeply into the wild as that time before. I guess it was a kind of a freedom feeling, away from the Human and nobody to help you if you are in trouble.

I went to Tchad during 4 months as soldier for the European Force.

I did a rally in Morocco with a Renault 4L during 10 days (Students Challenge Morocco).

I played up to 36 hours straight in World of Warcraft.

Countries I’ve Visited

Albania, Belgium, Chad, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Montenegro, Morocco, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
