I'm a young, naive Midwesterner who has, in recent years, taken an immensely larger interest in the world beyond the vast cornfields of Iowa. I teach high school English and I've been doing that for the past seven years.

I'm an o.k. guy.

I've stayed with a few people and had positive experiences. Hosting is most certainly not out of the equation, either.

I stayed with Stephen and Lid in Sackville, NB. They are two very wonderful, happy, understanding guys and I'm lucky to know them.

The Bay of Fundy is beautiful and one of the (6?) wonders of the world. The simple act of placing my feet in the Pacific Ocean at Santa Monica beach was mind blowing for someone used to cornfields.
