German living in Australia for 10+ years.

If you apply:
- I have only space for one person
- maximum stay would be three nights (if you feel we don't get along: just leave)
- I don't care much about your age but you need some experience when it comes to living with other people apart from your mum cleaning up after you
- You certainly can't stay here if any of the above mentioned points pisses you off
- You are very welcome if the above mentioned points made you smile

As it happened quite a few times lately:
If you are not sure - just don't send a request. I'm responsible accepting guests, so I expect the same in return (do not block my couch for others cancelling your requests on the day of arrival or don't cancel at all) - that sucks and is just disrespectful.

Again: If you don't like me, my house, my house mates: Leave. Don't stay and make us feel uncomfortable. I'm not good at kicking out people.

Had to update this part of my profile (again):
I see couchsurfing as a platfrom to meet and connect with people. I don't expect anything from you and you shouldn't either. Just because I live here offering people a quiet and peaceful place to stay doesn't mean you can take over my living room and don't give a cr*p about me or my house mates. I'm not offering a free place to live so you can save some money for your maximum fun but a home to people who respect and accept others.

And another update:
I had quite a few bad experiences lately and decided not to accept couchsurfers at the moment. If you want to stay at my place you should google a place about INFOs where you can WORK AWAY from home.
