I am European and I live in a exclusive residential area of Makati. Most of the time a good friend of mine Dyna ( she is Filipina) stay with me. She is 29 and very cool woman. I also have a maid but she lives out. My apartment is spacious with everything basically. I have a beautiful guest-room which i will offer to selected people. Hygiene, good manners and friendliness are a must, if you dont have do not even consider this.
