Hi I'm Frank , I'm an English and IELTS teacher in Tran Nguyen Han Street ,Hai Phong. I'm a foreigner in this country too, I came from Philippines . I have been staying here for almost 3 years. so I'm willing to give a helping hand to any travel who wishes to visit Hai Phong.I might be busy at days but .
