About Me

MY PHILOSOPHY

Be kind to all you meet unless they give you a reason otherwise. Share information and experiences freely, as knowledge is meant to be shared with all humankind. Spend as much time outdoors as possible to gain a closeness to nature and all the flora and fauna on this earth. Eat real foods, like fruits, veggies, meats, as opposed to the hordes of toxic processed crap which fills stores these days.

ABOUT ME

I am a photographer and scuba instructor living in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. After college I moved down here to Mexico to pursue my professional diving career and have been living south of the border ever since. I spend most of my time outdoors either under the ocean or riding around on top of it. Scuba Diving, Fishing, Snorkeling, Kayaking, Whale watching, Hiking, etc.

I have lived in US, Mexico, and Honduras, with the last 2 years being here in Mexico.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I learned about couch surfing when I lived on Utila, Honduras. I was the manager of a dive shop and hostel with approx. 15 guests per week. As well, my roomate was an avid used of the site and we had guests once or twice a month for the year I lived there. We hosted approximately 50-70 couch surfers in my living on Utila.

I met tons of interesting people and even some new skills along the way. I think it's a great pay it forward service, as well it's a great way to meet new and interesting people from different walks of life than yourself. It's very interesting to me how and why people walk this earth and what drives people to experience more and never being content with the status quo. There are plenty of robots in this world, we need more real characters to create new things and spice this world up!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCH SURFING

Apart from the guests I have had while living in Utila, I have surfed twice so far when coming up to San Diego every couple months.

Surfed:
Stevie Acker - San Diego, CA

Traveled With:

Jonathan - NZ
Steve - AU
