ABOUT ME

People say i'm a hippie, some say i'm a metal head, others say i look like Jesus(more like used too). The truth is I like every thing and pretty much every body(except the people who hate stuff).

PHILOSOPHY

The only way to be happy is to BE right hère and right now

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met awesome people couchsurfing. People so friendly and generous. I love it.

Interests

I'm a musicien. When i'm not on my guitar, I feel bad. However, I like movies(and seen my share too), I like litterature(and read my share of books), i love beer, i love hiking and biking and anything with and "ing" at the end. Teach me anything you like and i'll most definively be on the edge of my chair, listening to your words. Oh and i love science as well. Anything from archeologie to astrophysics. I study physics at UdeM and am on my way to do my master in solar physics. I recently got into rock climbing. I started doing it seriously in ouest Canada a real paradise for climbing(and pretty much any outdoors sport)

Music, Movies, and Books

Making a list would be to long. For the recent stuff i'm in, check out Beardfish, Guthrie Govan, The Mars Volta, Jean Leloup,TCV, Queen of the stone age, etc. Anything that grooves and makes me want to move.

Sci-fi, Myazaki movies, Coen Brothers, Tarantino all the way to disney classics like Lion King and all the way to the occasional giant robot kicking ass movie.

A shitload of books. Hitchiker's guide to the galaxy=BIBLE, LOTR & BTH, Garcia Marquez etc

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've spent a month in the dunes of the saharian desert, working for food and lodging. Spending that much time out of civilisation, you really connect with the nature around you and you realise that the desert really isn't a dead place. Instead you see all the amazing forms of life that manage to survive in such a hostile place. It's really humbling.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share all the nice spots in Montreal. From cheap places to eat good food to awesome live music to awesome places to ride your bicycle.
