I'm François, a French young worker in digital economy trying to transform the web into a better place. When I'm not trying to save the Internet (just kidding !) I love to hang out, likely chatting in a beer bar and discussing about culture, society and impact of new technologies on our life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe in the idea that everyone can travel and find somewhere to rest easily. Besides, the opportunity to meet people from the entire world delights me - but don't worry, if you're the guy next door i'll be glad too ! ;)

Interests

I'm always very keen on discovering new beers (especially IPA our stouts for the most knowledgeable). If it's a shared thurst (passion ?) let me show you some nice bar in Paris !

One of my current favorite subject is the impact of new technologies on our today life, either in a social aspect, a political aspect or a technical aspect.

I'm interested in music - especially 70-80's rock and jazz (but unfortunately, i don't know much about jazz ...). I also pretend to be an amateur photographer and an good cook !

I love the cinema too but i must admit i'm difficult sometimes ... Some movies that i really like : Fight Club, The Watchmen, Dancer in the Dark, Pulp Fiction, Bloody Sunday, 25th hour, Snatch, Brokeback Mountain, Woody Allen & Sophia Coppola in general. Lately i'm trying to avoid American movies to discover new way of thinking a movie.
