I'm in Europe for the summer working for my friends cycling company. I have free time from June 20 to Aug 15 to go where the wind takes me. I am beginning culinary school in September, so I'm open to working or staging at restaurants. I'm looking for the real food of Europe!

I moved across Canada (East to West) on my own when I was 19 and settled in Victoria, BC. I worked through various small jobs to managing a cafe, then running a gym for 2 years, and then working in the luxury car brokering business for a year before diving into the work I love best, cooking. Now I'm traveling for the summer with no set plan, that seems pretty amazing to me!
