I almost exclusively read nonfiction. some recent favs: Gorilla Mindset, The Four Agreements, Deep Work, Incognito: The Secret Lives of the Brain, The 4-Hour Workweek.
I listen to music of pretty much every genre, some artists/bands: twentyone pilots, The Beatles, Foo Fighters, Tame Impala, Daft Punk, Cro, Slayer, Casiopeia, Deichkind, Pendulum

I'm happy to share what I know about fitness, nutrition, exercise etc.. and I know quite alot about poker ;)
I also have a lot to share (and learn!) about psychology and am a bit of a self-improvement guru :P
