Hello hello :)
I am originally from Munich. I did my Bachelors in International Cultural and Business Studies and went on to do a Masters in Economics with a focus on decision making around climate change adaptation.

I am trying to explore as much of our beautiful planet as possible!
I'm interested in getting to know different cultures and their people. I love learning and practicing new languages. But honestly I just love learning in general... Sounds weird I know... But there are just way too many interesting things out there :)

I am a curious but vegan eater . So despite loving to share food and trying new foods I will have to decline if there is any animal product in there…(this is both for my own health & conviction) Let’s just respect each other’s food choices :)

I am teaching German online Monday through Thursday in the evenings and Monday and Tuesday all day. :)

* I recently quit my job and will be travelling for the foreseeable future. Once I am back in my own apartment I will happily invite people to stay with me :)*

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Couchsurfing is an amazing opportunity to meet locals in different countries and thus to get to know those countries and their cultures better!
I just think the experience of exploring a place is not complete until you meet the people who actually live there!

Interessen

I am a very curious person, always looking for something new to learn and discover.
Books are always nice. So are concerts and the occasional museum or art gallery.
History is also something I am interested in just as long as no one quizzes me on it after 😋

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like metal and rock music but am very open for new stuff. Like really almost anything... I myself sadly have no musical talent but if you do I would love to hear it :)
I like pretty much every movie as long as it isn't too scary.
Reading is one of my biggest hobbies. I grew up reading and books were my preferred mode of transport to remote places for many years. Today I will happily note every recommendation thrown my way :) and try every book at least once.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

It sounds as if I’m trying to appeal to hosts… 😅But in almost any travel memory or story I tell years later… people are always what makes my trip. 😊 So Couchsurfing is the best travel decision I ever made…
Other than that, I would say volunteering in Nicaragua and Argentina :)

I guess I can teach german... And maybe english/spanish (keeping in mind that I'm not a native speaker)
Cooking is always fun and exchanging recipes is never a bad idea...
