I think Courchsurfing is a great thing. I already hosted some couchsurfer together with my boyfriend (over his account) and we had some great expriences. In my opinion, the realest experience to getting to know a different country, a different culture, is to get in contact and to interchange with locals. Furthermore, I think Couchsurfing is about giving and taking - it should be balanced. I'll treat my guests as I would like to be treated. As a guest, I am very interested in exchanging opionions and having diverting conversations, but of course I try not to bother you much, so you can live your life as normal as possible.
