About Me
Hi there,
I'm Franziska! I recently completed my undergraduate studies in architecture in Munich and am now working as an architect here, while also actively engaging in feminist activism within architectural discourse.
Originally from East Germany, I'm currently in the process of exploring and reconnecting with my East German heritage—a journey that’s become increasingly meaningful to me.
Beyond architecture and activism, I have a deep passion for cinema. I love curating film screenings and creating spaces for thoughtful discussions around film.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I cherish those encounters where I get to know people and their stories—people I might never have crossed paths with if it weren’t for this platform. I deeply appreciate the sense of community and care I’ve experienced from those I’ve met here. The feeling of being a little bit at home, wherever I go, is truly priceless.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm really into East German cinema and have a soft spot for Bollywood films. I enjoy reading across a wide range of genres, with a particular interest in feminist literature and texts that explore urban life and the city.
As for music—well, I wouldn’t call my taste very sophisticated... maybe you can help me with that ;)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
