ABOUT ME

Immer fröhlich, froh und heiter, wie der Mops am Blitzableiter (Always happily, gladly and cheerfully, how the pug in the lightning rod).
I try to laugh as much as I can at best with other people. I would describe myself as an open minded, fun loving and outgoing person.

PHILOSOPHY

Always see the glass half-filled! I am an absolute optimist and try to always see the good in every situation. And you only live once so get the best of every day (and I'm not saying that reading the whole day isn't the best ;))

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I mostly had very positive experiences and although I also had a negative one I'm still amazed by this project and I knew that this could happen sooner or later. However I hope that when I write couch requests or people think of writing me one that they read many of my references and don't focus on the negative one.

Interests

On the one hand, I am interested in sports. I love doing sports, being outside and going for a run, being concentrated when climbing and doing sports with others. Then I really love to have good food with friends and also getting to know new people. I am definitely interested in people in general. Every person has such an interesting story to tell and I am fascinating hearing about it.
But then, on the other hand I also like to be just for myself. Reading or writing, doing jigsaw puzzles and coming down.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: hard to say. I like listening to almost all kind of music but I'm not very well versed in music so most of the time I'm just listening and dancing to it ;)

Books: The Boy in the striped pajamas, Momo,James Patterson feat Alex Cross, Oliver Sacks, Go ask Alice, The Book Thief, I am the messenger

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

climbing the Kilimanjaro with a friend... it was breath-taking. Thanks to all the people who helped me getting there!
