Grew up outside Buffalo, NY, USA, now live in Rochester, NY (via NYC)..presently work for a mutual fund Company that i luckily get to do some traveling for as well as getting a fair amount of vacation time a year ...love to meet and learn from people from all walks of life and experience anything new!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a couch available in Rochester, NY and would appreciate anyone that would open their home and couch to me if my travels take me their way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

New to Couchsurfing...met some girls that were backpacking through Italy (via Budapest) that recommended the site to me...sounds like a great way to see the world in a budget friendly way and meet some cool people along the way!!

I have the travel bug and have used the book '1,000 places to see before you die' (both N. American & international) as my Bible over the last couple of years....have about 100 checked off on the International & 200 checked on the N. American version...i'm really up to experiencing and meeting anyone new that i can learn from and vice versa and hopefully making each other better people in the process....i love learning and growing as a person.
