Dear visitors to my profile, I am Fraser from the UK! I currently live in Berlin where I've started a job as a computational linguist. I'm horribly underqualified for the job though, good lord.

I hosted a lot when I lived in Saarbrücken, and before that in the UK, but sadly my flatmate here doesn't want couchsurfers, so I'm taking a break from hosting.

I'm into salsa dancing! There's always a lot on Berlin for that :)

Music! Some of my absolute favourites include The Tallest Man on Earth, Janelle Monae, Thievery Corporation, Snarky Puppy, Feist, Hot Chip, Kings of Convenience, Laura Marling, Miami Horror, Bonobo, Gorillaz, Honne, Chet Faker, Kimbra, Jungle, St. Vincent, Frank Turner, Jens Lekman, Michael Kiwanuka, Stornoway, Frank Ocean. I also loooove to listen to anything smooth, some nice bossa nova, or neo-soul, anything that would make me want to dim the lights and have a glass of wine.

Books all I can say is Game of Thrones. I read them all and it destroyed me, haven't read a book since (I should change that...)

TV shows/Films I'm not a big fan but I often talk about a show called Black Mirror. It's creator, Charlie Brooker was raised in my village in England! Local hero. This episode with the bees killed me
