ABOUT ME

Most people have trouble with the pronounciation of my name, so let me explain that first of all! The 'au' is the same as the 'ou' in 'cloud' and the 'e' in the end is pronounced like 'uh'. So just call me Froukuh!

I am a full time student. My education is my passion: languages. When I'm not busy thinking in, working with or speaking other languagues, I tend to linger in worlds beyond this one.
'I will be always a dreamer, always fighting for more than I can have.'
But besides that, I am a very down to earth person. I am open to new things and I love to learn about different stuff from different kinds of people.

PHILOSOPHY

It is a dark and scary world we live in. I believe that deep inside we are all alone, but that doesn't mean there are no other people who have the same fears or thoughts. Spreading stories, life philosophy and wisdome can help you and other people more than you know. Listen to people who have stories to tell! And tell your own! What may not be important for you, may be important for someone else and in the end we'll all notice we've learned a lot from it. In the end life can be a very beautiful thing.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a very busy schedule, but I will host or help you whenever I can. If I need to escape my busy life for a moment I try to surf some couches as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted some people and traveled a bit by myself, but I have a lot of experience with people from other countries who speak different languages. My overall experience has been very good.

兴趣

I can be interested in everything, even in things that I don't think are interesting at all! When I'm not busy working for school, I meet some friends, play some games, read books, play music...

音乐、电影和书籍

I absolutely love music, it was a big part of my life once. I mostly listen to metal, but I'm open to all sorts of music.
The same for movies actually. I used to really love horror, but all horrorfans will agree with me that the horrorscene is dying.
Unfortunately I have little time to read books, but I love books you can lose yourself in. I mostly read fantasy or poetry. Of course the thing I'm quite proud of is my dictionary collection ;)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

After having quite a rough year I decided to take a break. By coincidence I found a German woman living in the north of Sweden so I drove there and lived on her farm for about a month. During my trip I met wonderful people and saw the amazing nature of Scandinavia. I partially found myself again in nature, with the animals and felt at home because this woman was taking such good care of me.

I have an anxiety disorder and with this trip I proved myself fear doesn't always have to keep you from doing big things on your own. No doubt I will return there! (In the meantime I already went back!)
